Returns and Exchanges

At Pietro, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your item, please contact us at info@Pietro.NYC to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Unused: The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, including tags and labels, must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving the item.

Processing:

  • Returns: Once your return is approved, we'll refund the purchase price minus a $10 restocking fee. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we'll ship the replacement item at your expense once the original item is received and approved.

Important Notes:
Most of our bags are made to order, so cancellations are generally not possible. Please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make any changes and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

  • Final Sales: Clearance items, personalized items (including monogrammed items), and items purchased with coupons are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Coupons: All coupons used cannot be combined with any other sales or discounts offered.
